These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Visual Feedback Studio. By accessing the site, opening the Web Studio, using the Chrome companion, running the local receiver, or joining Team Preview, you agree to these terms.本服务条款是你与 Visual Feedback Studio 之间的协议。访问官网、打开 Web Studio、使用 Chrome companion、运行本地 receiver，或加入 Team Preview，即表示你同意本条款。

Visual Feedback Studio provides tools for reviewing real pages, attaching feedback to targets, accepting or deferring decisions, handing context to coding agents, and verifying outcomes.Visual Feedback Studio 提供用于审查真实页面、将反馈绑定到目标、接受或暂缓裁决、向 coding agent 交接上下文并验证结果的工具。

03Accounts and access账号与访问

You may use the Chrome companion only on pages and systems you are authorized to access, inspect, and review. You must not use VFS to bypass permissions, collect data from third-party pages without authority, or interfere with another service.你只能在自己有权访问、检查和审查的页面与系统上使用 Chrome companion。你不得使用 VFS 绕过权限、未经授权采集第三方页面数据，或干扰其他服务。
The local receiver runs on your machine and may write review files, preview files, verification files, token files, logs, and rollback snapshots in your project environment. 05Team Preview团队预览

06User content and review data用户内容与审稿数据
Your pages and feedback stay yours.你的页面和反馈仍归你所有。
You retain ownership of your websites, applications, source code, page content, review notes, screenshots or captures, feedback items, and related review data.你保留对自己的网站、应用、源码、页面内容、审稿备注、截图或捕捉内容、反馈项及相关审稿数据的权利。
You grant Visual Feedback Studio a limited license to host, store, process, display, sync, export, and support your review data only as needed to provide and improve the service.你授予 Visual Feedback Studio 一项有限许可，仅在提供和改进服务所需范围内托管、存储、处理、展示、同步、导出和支持你的审稿数据。
07Acceptable use可接受使用
Use VFS as a review tool, not an extraction tool.把 VFS 当审稿工具，而不是提取工具。
You must not use VFS to break the law, violate rights, extract data from systems without authorization, upload malware, probe infrastructure, overload services, reverse engineer protected systems, or misrepresent review output as human approval when no approval occurred.你不得使用 VFS 违法、侵犯权利、未经授权从系统提取数据、上传恶意内容、探测基础设施、过载服务、逆向受保护系统，或在没有人工批准时把审稿输出伪装成人工批准。
08Agents and source changesAgent 与源码修改
The agent acts under your control.Agent 在你的控制下行动。
VFS captures review context. It does not guarantee that a coding agent will apply changes correctly, safely, or completely. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, committing, deploying, or reverting any source changes made from VFS context.VFS 捕捉审稿上下文。它不保证 coding agent 会正确、安全或完整地应用改动。你需要负责审查、测试、提交、部署或回滚任何基于 VFS 上下文产生的源码改动。

Your workflow may include tools we do not control.你的工作流可能包含我们不控制的工具。
VFS may interoperate with browsers, Chrome APIs, GitHub OAuth, Vercel, Cloudflare, coding agents, repository tools, preview hosts, and your own development environment. 10Intellectual property知识产权
VFS owns the product. You own your work.VFS 拥有产品，你拥有你的工作。
Visual Feedback Studio and its design, software, names, marks, documentation, and product surfaces are owned by Visual Feedback Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any VFS intellectual property to you.Visual Feedback Studio 及其设计、软件、名称、标识、文档和产品表面归 Visual Feedback Studio 或其许可方所有。本条款不会向你转让任何 VFS 知识产权。

12Beta availabilityBeta 可用性

The service is provided as a beta or preview unless stated otherwise. 14Limitation of liability责任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visual Feedback Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, source changes, deployment outcomes, or interruption of business.在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Visual Feedback Studio 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性损害、利润损失、数据损失、源码改动、部署结果或业务中断承担责任。
15Termination终止
Access can end if the terms are broken.违反条款时访问可能终止。
You may stop using VFS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue a beta feature.你可以随时停止使用 VFS。如果你违反本条款、造成风险、滥用服务，或我们停止某个 Beta 功能，我们可能暂停或终止访问。
